New Room Studios was incubated as part of a generous fellowship from New Expressive Works and the Miller Foundation, which included mentorship and guidance from Subashini Ganesan and George Thorn in our initial planning period.

We’ve also received support from: the OCF Small Arts and Culture grant program (funded by the Fred W. Fields Fund), Oregon Arts Commission, Multnomah County Cultural Coalition, the Ross McKeen Awards and Hand2Mouth Theatre, as well as from the Center for American Studies and Research in Lebanon and from the Cultural Affairs Section of the US Embassy in Beirut. Support from Regional Arts + Culture Council allowed us to thoughtfully incorporate access into our work.
