DESCRIPTION:New Room Studios’ first Artist Showcase will be on Thursday\, September 24\, 6-9 PM at Alberta Abbey in Portland\, OR. $15-30 suggested donation; no one turned away for lack of funds. \nJoin us for a variety-style night of live musical and cultural performances\, literature\, short films\, theatre\, a DJ performance\, visual arts and learn more about the arts programs that are making our communities better. \nCome celebrate the power of art to move your body and soul. \nThis will be your chance to see the incredible work of the diverse artists from around the state who we work with\, including: \nOkaidja AFROSO | Crystal AKINS | Amber BALL | Gabriel BARRERA | Jeff BEERS | Collar de LUNAS | Mic CRENSHAW | Given Q.
